About Sarthak
I’m Sarthak Moudgil – someone who enjoys building with purpose. Whether it was scaling a college project into a national non-profit, launching a mission-driven e-commerce brand, or working with Fortune 500 clients on CSR strategy, I’ve always found energy in solving real-world problems. I spent over a year at Sattva Consulting leading high-stakes, multi-crore CSR projects across education, healthcare, and livelihoods. I’m also the Founder of Paws Hunger, a volunteer-driven animal welfare nonprofit operating in 10 cities, and PH Merch, an apparel venture that helped fund it. Now pursuing my MBA at MDI Gurgaon, I’m looking to grow as a builder – of ventures, teams, and long-term value.
Career highlights and major achievements
Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to work at the intersection of purpose and performance. At Sattva Consulting, I led end-to-end execution of large-scale CSR projects for clients like HSBC, ICICI Lombard, and IHCL – managing everything from strategy to partner due diligence and on-ground implementation. I was offered an early conversion from intern to analyst and operated in a high-ownership, client-facing role across education, healthcare, and skilling mandates.
Outside the corporate space, I founded Paws Hunger – a stray animal welfare nonprofit now active in 10 cities, with 900+ volunteers and weekly distribution of 5,000+ meals. I also launched PH Merch, an e-commerce initiative that raised funds through purpose-driven apparel and achieved six-figure sales annually. My work has been featured in Times of India, Hindustan Times, Mumbai Mirror, and Free Press Journal, and continues to be driven by a focus on execution, scale, and community.
